HP Pavilion HDX Notebook = The Dragon

HP has a new entertainment notebook computer dubbed “The Dragon”, officially named the HP Pavilion HDX. This do-it-all multimedia notebook has a slick tilting 20.1-inch widescreen display, and weighs 15.5-pounds. On a Notebooks.com video, an HP rep says the huge HDX is aimed at users on campus or in small apartments who would like to get a TV, PC, and multimedia in one self-contained entertainment center. It’s got a built-in HDTV tuner and HD-DVD drive (read only) that can be viewed on either the WSXGA (1680×1250) display or ported out to your TV via an HDMI port. Four Altec Lansing speakers and a built-in subwoofer pump out the sound, with easy-access treble and bass EQ controls on the keyboard as well. A nice looking pop-up remote control  comes with “The Dragon” to handle all your media at a distance. And how about this? The Pavilion HDX can have up to 400GB of hard drive space (dual 200GB drives) for your entertainent and media pleasure.
